Setting up Laravel Scheduler in Homestead

<p>Just wanted to share this quick tip on making sure that your schedules run inside of Homestead.</p> <p>Inside of your Homestead YAML configuration file, make sure to set schedule to true, like so:</p> <pre class="language-markup"><code>sites: - map: homestead.app to: /home/vagrant/Code/Laravel/public schedule: true</code></pre> <p>Now, make sure to run</p> <pre class="language-markup"><code>vagrant halt</code></pre> <p>in your Homestead directory, and then run:</p> <pre class="language-markup"><code>vagrant up --provision</code></pre> <p>And now that specific site scheduler will be set to run your jobs specified inside of <span style="color: #f4645f; font-family: Consolas, Monaco, 'Andale Mono', monospace; font-size: 11px; line-height: 22px; white-space: pre; background-color: #f0f2f1;">App\</span><span class="token package" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #f4645f; font-family: Consolas, Monaco, 'Andale Mono', monospace; font-size: 11px; line-height: 22px; white-space: pre;">Console<span class="token punctuation" style="box-sizing: border-box;">\</span>Kernel</span></p>
